Who we are

AlphaWhale AI ("we") is an Ovalike AI product operating at alphawhale.ai. This policy explains what we collect and why, in plain language.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and password (hashed by our auth provider, Supabase).
• Product data: URLs you submit, the public page content we crawl from them, and the launch copy and reports we generate for you.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers — only a Stripe customer reference and purchase status.
• Usage data: counts of audits and generations, used for rate limiting and product analytics.

How we use it

• To generate your launch kits and GEO reports (crawled content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for generation).
• To enforce fair-use limits and prevent abuse (including Cloudflare Turnstile on signup).
• To send transactional email (via Resend) about your account and purchases.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't train models on your data.
• We don't email you marketing you didn't ask for.

Data deletion

Delete your products anytime from the dashboard. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email support@alphawhaleai.com and we'll process it within 30 days.

Third parties

We rely on Supabase (auth + database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI generation), Cloudflare (bot protection), and Resend (email). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.
